 It’s been awhile since I posted a new workout routine and diet plan, I thought it was about time I do so…. Just today I got the idea to do my second female character Mikasa! Why have I waited so long to do one? Anyway lets not waste anymore time and get to the stats. Okay so Mikasa ages throughout the series, which results in changes in height and weight throughout. Attack on Titan: Levi Ackerman Workout and Diet

 Alright fellas, I know many of you wanna know this but there's not a lot of info out there. I'm a huge AoT fan AND I've read the manga and the Levi backstory. Couple points to note about Levi:- -He's short -Incredibly Strong -Slim but Ripped -Loves Tea That should be good enough Damn! Look at that face...woah hold on. I'm straight. Anyway back to the post Diet Now I don't think Levi was a person who was watching his diet a lot. I remember reading somewhere that he only sleeps for 3 hrs a night. Many people think that that is horrible for your health. Although that may be true there is actually a way to do that without it harming your health but in order to be able to do it you might have to change your diet and quite drastically at that.
