The Only Three Equipments You Really Need

The Only Three Equipment You Really Need

So, if you’re someone like me, who likes to workout at the comfort of your own home but does not know what would be some good workout equipment then you came to the right place. With these three equipments you won’t even need to go to the gym, I sculpted my entire body with just these three.

Alright so let’s get into it

1) Pullup Bar

Although I love working out at home, I hate the word “At-Home Workout” because mainly these things just include pushups, leg exercises and abs....no pullling. It is kinda understandable as everyone has a floor in their house to do pushups, but not a bar sturdy enough to handle all that pulling. Purchasing a pullup bar can be a great addition to your workout regimen, and then you know your pulling muscles have been taken care of. Whether you buy all these equipments or not, I would definitely recommend a pullup bar. You can buy one at a local sport store, or the best option would be ordering online and buy on that offers various grips.

2) Jump Rope

Now, this is another AMAZING  workout equipment. Getting your cardio in, for many people, is a pain. Many of us don’t like running and buying an exercycle or a peloton could send us into crippling debt. Why should you buy a jump rope then? Well, it’s pretty cheap, on top of that research has proven that jump rope burns the most amount of calories in comparison to any form of cardio AND you just need a little bit of space and you can bang out a HIIT Jump Rope workout.

3) Resistance Bands

A resistance would be a great addition as it can help in making compound exercises harder while also doing isolated exercises for better muscle growth. Now as some of you may or may not know, there are a wide variety of resistance bands out there, so I’ll keep it simple. For the men, buy one with handles to help with bicep, tricep and shoulder exercises, for the women, buy a regular resistance band to help with booty and leg training.

That’s all for today folks. Thank you so much for reading.
