Simple Weightloss Method

This weightloss method was found by a Bollywood, Indian Actor called Akshay Kumar. It is a very effective method, easy to follow, and literally anybody can do it. It's called the 9/12/5/40 Method.

So what this means is:-

9 am Breakfast

12 pm Lunch

5 pm Dinner

Chew every bite 40 times.

Why does this diet work?

Well first things first, your last meal happens at 5 o'clock in the evening, the average person typically sleeps around 11. For those who don't know, sleeping or even lying down within 2 hrs of having eaten is detrimental for you digestive system and could be one of the major reasons why people gain weight. So eating at 5pm gives 5-6 hours before you go to sleep, this way your sleep won't disturb your digestion and you can sleep without any worries.
Another aspect is the chewing, chewing slowly and well, 40 times, will not only aide your digestion greatly but will also lessen down appetite. Another major reason for weight gain is that people just stuff the food down their throats and barely take like 5 bites, this not only allows the person to eat more but also leads to other problems like vomit burps, indigestion and of course weight gain. Even if you can't reach 40 bites at first, just focus on chewing slowly and as many times as you can.

Some additional things to follow with the diet:-
-The actor also recommends exercising 1 hour every single day. (If you don't have an hour make sure to get 30-40 minutes at least)
-Start cooking at home, and make healthier food choices. (Cooking is really not that hard depending on what you're cooking, you can find billions of easy weightloss recipes online)
-Make sure to get 7-8 hrs of sleep regularly.
-When your eating, simply focus on eating! (No phones, no books or anything)

And that's just about it. Easy to follow, the toughest part might be eating early in the evening, but trust me you'll get used to it within 4-5 days. That's all for today, thank you very much.

Practioner of the mysterious Niko Style. - He is pretty big in size, while also having insane muscle definition. - Nothing really has been said about his diet. So we’ll tackle this our own way. Diet  Now, this is a very important part of the equation. While getting a body like Ohma Tokita, we wanna make sure we’re training plenty while also getting enough sleep and the right nutrition.  There’s two types of people we’re dealing with here; those who are skinny and wish to gain muscle mass without gaining fat and those who are fat and wish to lose that fat and put on some size. Those who are overweight also have that advantage of gaining muscle easily, so their diet can focus more upo

One Punch Man: Garou Workout Routine and Diet Plan (One Punch Man )

We’re finally doing Garou!! One of the most popular characters from the One Punch Man anime. Not only for his personality and fighting abilities but for his insane physique. Ever since they first introduced him to the series he has become an integral part of the story line. Now without wasting much time we’re gonna immediately get into his diet and workout routine Diet Now one of the most important things to note about Garou’s physique is that he is extremely lean while also packing a pretty decent amount of muscle. If I had to guess, his body fat percentage must be around 5-6%. For some of us that might be a little too lean and we can choose to hover around 8-9% body fat instead. Although that’s not as lean as Garou you will still have a body that stands out with plenty of muscle definition. Follow some principles given below in order to get your diet correct. For someone who’s overweight:- -Eat in a 200-300 calorie deficit -0.8 gms of protein per pound of body weight  -Drink 2 litres

Attack on Titan: Levi Ackerman Workout and Diet

Alright fellas, I know many of you wanna know this but there's not a lot of info out there. I'm a huge AoT fan AND I've read the manga and the Levi backstory. Couple points to note about Levi:- -He's short -Incredibly Strong -Slim but Ripped -Loves Tea That should be good enough Damn! Look at that face...woah hold on. I'm straight. Anyway back to the post Diet Now I don't think Levi was a person who was watching his diet a lot. I remember reading somewhere that he only sleeps for 3 hrs a night. Many people think that that is horrible for your health. Although that may be true there is actually a way to do that without it harming your health but in order to be able to do it you might have to change your diet and quite drastically at that. In order to be able to sleep so less, first you need to change your diet to 50-60% raw fruits and vegetables. Remember RAW. Another thing is your gonna have to sleep at least 4-5hrs after your last meal of the day and go to sle
