Alright, so I'm mainly gonna guide you through how to lose weight, gain muscle, be more mindful, learn to meditate and many other things. I will also provide you workouts which include anime characters, celebrities and my own personal workouts which got me ripped. These workouts mainly include cardio, strength training, yoga and diet. Okay! I don't wanna bore you too much. That's pretty much the intro, I know it was a pretty crappy one but hopefully I got my message through to you. You are always free to ask me questions.
